Change of mind

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to return an unused item in original condition. After approval, you return the product and provide a tracking number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email photos to ngu@hexilong.com within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we will replace the item or refund you.
